Welcome to Andaz Amsterdam Prinsengracht

Andaz Amsterdam Prinsengracht This hotel has a prime location in the heart of Amsterdam overlooking one of Amsterdams most prestigious canals. The restaurant is located on the ground floor and offers a very localised menu with fres Dutch proudce and with an open kitchen where guests may get fresh cooked produce at breakfast served directly by the chef. it is very popular with both hotel guests and locals alike, along with the bar which is located in the front of the hotel close to the lobbyThis was a former library so is very modern in design and not a typical Dutch building. The lobby is large and consists of numerous styles but really offers the "wow" factor, from its open bar to the amazing lighting and objets d'art, to the restaurant located at the back of the ground floor. The reception area is also very unique in as much as the reception staff are also the concierge and welcome you as you walk into the hotel so it is not a typical reception area at all but consists of two stand tables. While waiting to check in you are invited to have a seat and a welcome drink at the bar while your registration card is prepared - a very nice and unique touchThis is a relatively new addition to Amsterdam and has some really lovely features in the public areas and also in the rooms. Their is a delightful small garden and also a small spa. This is a very high end new property and a welcome addition to Amsterdam bringing with it style and an International image. Guests benefit from complimentary WIFI/HSIA, mini bar with snacks and non alcoholic beverages, welcome coffee or glass wine in the lounge, Nespresso machine in the rooms and use of gym.(c) Donvand Limited 2013
