Spain’s famous dish, Paella, originated in Valencia and there are many Paella Valenciana, authentic paella restaurants, to be found. With 300 days of sunshine each year you could spend some time on Valencia’s beaches; La Malvarrosa is the closest to the city and the most popular, or enjoy a stroll in Turia Gardens, a city park with playgrounds, cycle tracks and picnic areas.
