How do I get to Disneyland Paris?
Travelling to Disneyland Paris is easy, whether you are coming by car, plane, train or public transport. Abbey Travel offer flights to Disneyland Paris from Dublin, Cork or Shannon airport to Paris with Aer Lingus or Air France
Is there a train station close to Disneyland Paris?
The Marne - la - Vallée/Chessy train station is located right at the gates of the Disney Parks and just minutes away from the Disney Hotels. It takes 35 minutes from Paris by regional train RER or 3 hours by Eurostar from London Waterloo and 2 hours from Ashford, Kent.
How can I get from a Paris airport to Disneyland Paris?
There are two ways to get to Disneyland Paris from the Roissy/Charles - de - Gaulle or Orly airport:
- By VEA shuttle service: The shuttle bus brings you directly to Disneyland Paris from the Roissy/Charles - de - Gaulle or Orly airport, 7 days a week.
- By car hire: Disney has teamed up with Hertz to offer you exclusive services so that you can get on the road quickly in your preferred vehicle.
Is Disneyland Paris accessible by public transport?
Yes. From Paris, the quickest and easiest way to get to the heart of Disneyland Paris is to take the RER A train (around 35 minutes) to Marne La Vallee/Chessy station, at the gates of Disneyland Resort Paris.
Where can I park at the Resort?
You may park in the Guest parking outside the Parks. A flat rate per day applies. If you are staying at a Disney Hotel in the Heart of the Magic or at one of our partner hotels Near the Magic, you may park your vehicle for free in the hotel car park. We encourage you to use the free shuttle service to get around.
Is the parking fee included in the entrance ticket price?
No, a fee applies to the car park (flat rate per day). Guests staying at a Disney Hotel benefit from free parking in their hotel parking lot.
Are there reserved parking spaces for Guests with disabilities?
A limited number of spaces are reserved for Guests with reduced mobility in the Guest parking. Please enquire upon entering the Guest car park. If you are a Guest with limited mobility and are staying at one of the Resort hotels, we encourage you to leave your vehicle in the hotel car park and use the Resort shuttle service to get around. Adapted minibuses are also available for Guests in wheelchairs.
May I park my camper in the Guest parking?
Campers are allowed in the Disney car park. A flat rate per day applies.
What is the best way to get around at Disneyland Paris?
Exploring all of DisneylandParis is fun, easy and convenient. The free Disneyland Paris shuttle service travels between all Disney Hotels* and Disney Parks. For Guests staying Near the Magic in hotels close to the RER Line A, the fastest way to get to the Disney Theme Parks is by public transport. You can purchase a "Paris Visite" 5 - zone card, which gives you 1, 2 or 3 consecutive days of unlimited use of the RATP Paris/Ile de France public transport system.
*Except Disney's Davy Crockett Ranch.
How do I get to the Disney Parks from my hotel?
Getting from your hotel to the Disney Parks is easy. Take the free Disneyland Paris shuttle service to anywhere your heart desires. The shuttles leave every 12 minutes, so you'll never wait long. They run 7 days a week between 6.30 am and 11.00 pm. You can jump off at any Disneyland Paris hotel or opposite the Marne La Vallee/Chessy station at the entrance to Disney Village. Please note: The shuttles do not go to Disney's Davy Crockett Ranch or Golf Disneyland.
What are the Disney Parks opening times? Disneyland Paris is open every day of the year. Opening times vary according to season. The Parks may also stay open later for special seasonal events.
Where can I see Disney Characters?
You can find Disney Characters in the two Disney Parks, at Disney Hotels and in certain restaurants. You can also arrange to enjoy a magical meal with beloved Disney Characters.
Where can I get a schedule of show and parade times?
You can find show and parade times in the Park Maps available at the main entrance to the Parks.
What if it rains?
80% of attractions are covered and protected against rain so no matter what the weather, you'll always have fun at Disneyland Paris.
Are there special services and attractions for babies and toddlers?
There's lots for families with young children to do at Disneyland Paris: Enjoy the gentle rides and play areas designed with little ones in mind. Disneyland Paris also offers a wide range of services for infants and children to make your visit more enjoyable and convenient.
Are there any minimum sizes and ages for certain attractions? How can I be informed of restrictions?
Access depends on the safety rules for each attraction. Symbols can be found beside each attraction indicating any limitations or restrictions.
Where can I find information about attractions being renovated or currently closed?
Please refer to the Park maps available at the entrances to the Disney Parks for the closing dates of attractions.
Can I exit a Park and return later that day?
Come and go as you please. Be sure to keep your entrance ticket.
Are there guided visits of the Disney Parks?
Yes. You can learn all about the history and architecture of Disneyland Park or Walt Disney Studios Park on a guided visit.You can obtain tour information and reserve your spot at: City Hall in Disneyland Park & Studio Services in the Walt Disney Studios Park.Visiting with a group of hearing - impaired Guests? Guided tours can be provided in sign language.
How can I avoid waiting in line?
Use FASTPASS. This free service allows you to reduce your waiting time to some attractions in Disneyland Park (subject to availablity). The following attractions are equipped with FASTPASS service:

- Space Mountain: Mission 2, Discoveryland
- Buzz Lightyear Laser Blast, Discoveryland
- Big Thunder Mountain, Frontierland

Is there a dress code at Disneyland Paris?
