Enjoy a cheap sun holiday in the Canary Island's. It's not all about beaches, there are archipelago, which is part of Spain, includes seven major islands, all remnants of very steep, extinct volcanoes.

In La Palma, Tenerife and Gran Canaria you may find tropical rains from time to time, while Fuerteventura and Lanzarote are very dry and guarantee sunshine almost without interruption.

All the islands are connected by ferries, ‘fast ferries’ and jetfoils. Be advised that times, prices and routes can and do change depending on the time of year. This isn’t so important on major routes, where there’s plenty of choice, but it can mean a big delay if you’re planning to travel a route that has only a couple of boats per day, or even per week.
