Inca Trail
The Inca Trail is the most famous trek in South America and considered to be in the top five treks in the world. It is 43kms through spectalour mountain views and subtropical jungle along with ruins tunnels and Inca paving paths. The trail is a devotional path in which Machu Picchu itself is the most important feature.
In order to preserve the sacred nature of the trail, visitors must observe a set of rules and guidelines, so that future generations may continue to appreciate this remarkable wonder. Please note the Inca Trail is closed during February.
