Jimbaran
Jimbaran is south of Kuta and was once a small fishing village but now it offers seaside resorts, nice isolated beaches and about fifty seafood restaurants all set on the beach.
Restaurants all put tables right on the sandy beach and at high tide, you may even get your feet wet. It is home to many five star beach resorts. It is probably the safest bay to go swimming in Bali.
The sea breeze is cool, the sunsets are gorgeous and oil torches light the whole area at night.
