Cross the northern border and explore several architectural structures and mosques. Büyük Han, also known as the Great Inn, is on the northern border. It was built by the Ottomans in 1572 as a caravanserai where travellers and traders could relax. It is a huge, square, two-story structure with a central courtyard; originally, the bottom floor would have been utilised for business and the top floor for housing.
