On summer evenings, the restaurant porch becomes a truly charming environment where taste the flavors of Tuscan cuisine while enjoying the unique panorama of the valley of the Arno, on which stands the skyline of Florence. Cooking classes held at the hotel by renowned chefs are very popula. Some cooking lessons are tailored for children, too. ## Exterior The hotel, originally built as a monastery, is considered today an artistic and cultural heritage of Italy, a true national treasure.
