Knights Castle

The 15th century medieval Castle of the Knights of St John is a great place to take kids on holiday in Kos, especially little boys who will love the double wall and moat. Built by the knights of St John on the ruins of the ancient wall between 1450 and 1478, the castle is also notable for the stone bridge that used to link that particular area of Kos to the mainland when it was an island.
