IT and Tech Support Analyst

We are seeking an IT and Tech Support Analyst to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about technology and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities

Online Assistant

An opportunity has arisen for an Online Assistant to join the Digital/Online Department at Club Travel, a leading Online Travel Agent in Dublin City Centre.

The desired candidate must be organized, enthusiastic, a team player, who can also work independently when required and have a bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism or Degree in Marketing or related field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and updating Content Management Systems
  • Support consultants on internal systems and our clients on external systems
  • Troubleshooting and performing first line support activities
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritise problems whilst formulating plans of resolution
  • Escalate unresolved issues to Management team, as necessary
  • Working closely with the Manager & development teams to UAT releases & bug fixes
