Discover Alcudia

Alcudia is one of the main holiday resorts in the north of Majorca in the Balearic Islands. The port of Alcudia is an important for local fishing vessels but it also serves private, luxury yachts. Alcudia is 60km from the capital of the island, Palma.

Alcudia’s main beach is has a fine white sand and shallow waters, making it an idyllic bathing spot for families. At the north end of the beach there is a playground to keep smaller children entertained when they get tired of the beach. Water sports such as jet skiing, water skiing and paragliding will keep the adults and older children busy. Many bars and restaurants are within a short walk of the beach and the promenade is lined with a variety of shops. The water park in Alcudia provides fun and a welcome break from the sun for all ages. The twice-weekly market is a great spot to engage with the locals while exploring the old town’s cobbled streets is a wonderful way to spend an afternoon or evening.
