Welcome to the The Quad Resort and Casino. The hotel is a destination resort centrally located in the heart of the fabulous Las Vegas Strip, minutes from McCarran International Airport and easily accessible via all major highways. The Beauty of the Orient right in the center of the five-square-mile Las Vegas resort corridor. * The Quad renovations are scheduled to be completed in phases and will bring improvements to the exterior faade, bell desk, hotel lobby, casino floor, retail promenade and dining levels, in addition to the new front desk and porte cochere which are already completed. The next target date is the beginning of March when the front portion of The Quad opens. This will also correspond with the reopening of Carnival Court at Harrahs and will open up access to The Quad from Las Vegas Boulevard. The new space has been extended almost to the street, and all traces of the former front entrance and driveway have now been incorporated into the new casino design. Under construction currently, the front casino floor will expand an additional 15,000 square feet engulfing the former porte cochere, and will include a nightclub and gift shop. The first phase of casino renovations will include 35,000 square feet, including the expansion. The middle phase will include an additional 30,000 square feet of gaming space with a centralized promenade bar featuring state-of-the-art integrated audio-visual technology. This phase is scheduled for completion in late 2013. Another exciting change to look forward to when the back portion of the casino goes offline is the new Food Court. The current retail shops will be replaced with names like Baja Fresh, Panda Express, Subway, and Smash Burger, and anchored by Starbucks. Construction on The Linq continues next door. Over 70% of the space has been leased, and there will be 32 unique venues slated to open in this open-air retail, dining and entertainment district located on the 50-yard line of the world-famous Las Vegas Strip. Popular first-to-market concepts and trendsetting brands, such as Brooklyn Bowl and Sprinkles Cupcakes, are among the first tenants to sign onto the project which boasts more than 300,000 square feet of retail, dining and entertainment space.
