I have worked in the Travel industry for over 25 years and I really adore what I do. My passion for travel has taken me all over the world from Malaysia to the Maldives, Mauritius to Mexico, cruising annually around Europe to my personal favourite, chilling in the Caribbean – Cayman Islands, St Lucia, Barbados, Dominican Republic. Relaxing on a deserted powdery white beach with my loved ones is my idea of heaven. My European highlights would include Croatia, Greece and Italy. I have worked in the travel industry for 15 years. I love meeting new people and hearing stories about all the fantastic places they have been. I have enjoyed several family holidays over the years I enjoy Theme park destination holidays such as Port Aventura, Universal Orlando, Disney World and Disneyland Paris. I have travelled extensively in Portugal and the south of Spain. One of my favourite resorts would be Alvor with the beautiful Harbour and beaches. I have visited many of the cities in Europe I especially liked Prague. I am hoping to take my first cruise in the coming year as it’s a great way to see so many places in a short time.

I have worked in the Travel industry for the last 35 years and for the last year with Abbey Travel, Naas. I have worked in the Travel Industry for the past 32 years, for 22 of those I've worked with Abbey Travel. I've travelled to many places, my favourite being New York and Las Vegas. I've also visited a lot of cities, including: London, Paris, Barcelona, Prague, Warsaw, Verona, Edinburgh, Copenhagen, and Amsterdam. I love seeing the different culture each city has to offer. I have been working in the travel industry for over 15 years, 13 of those have been with Abbey Travel. I have been incredibly fortunate to travel to South Africa, Dubai, New York, Boston, Orlando as well as many European destinations, with Fuerteventura & Portugal being in my top 3 sun destinations. My most favourite has to be Italy, in particular Tuscany and Florence, for its incredible landscape and of course the food!

I have been in the travel industry for 31 years. During this time I have travelled extensively. I have visited most European capital cities but especially loved Madrid, Vienna adn Dubrovnik. Taking a cruise on the Mediterranean was a brilliant experience for me, I got to visit so many places all in just one week!

I have visited Canada & driven from Vancouver to Calgary which was wonderful. I have also driven from Montreal to Boston. While I have been all over the USA, Vegas & Chicago are my favourite spots. I drove from San Francisco to San Diego and what a great road trip it was.

My visit to Rio in Brazil was definitely a trip of a life time - Cococabana Beach was as amazing as everyone says & more! I have taken a Safari in South Africa & driven the famous Garden Route - magnificent! A recent trip to Cuba was also one of my travel highlights. However it is the Greek island of Crete that holds a very special place for me and keeps me going back every year!

JENNIFER DINEEN

I have been in the travel industry for 10 years, 4 of those with Abbey Travel. I studied travel & tourism for 3 years previous to that.

I was bitten by the travel bug early on and knew that it was what I wanted to do. I have been lucky enough to travel to some amazing destinations, my favourites being New York, Dubai & Miami, I love the buzz & electric atmosphere of a big city!!

I've experienced the breathtaking scenery of the west coast of Australia and one of my best memories is getting up close an personal with a humpback whale in Harvey Bay.

We don’t always have to go long haul, we are so lucky to have the beautiful Mediterranean on our doorstep and some of my best holidays have been to Spain & Canary Islands, and definitely the best food has been in Italy!

Next stop for me is Toronto, as I write this the countdown is on - in 4 days time I will be looking over the magnificent Niagara Falls! Another dream destination will be ticked of my list, but there are many more to go!

ELAINE DILLON

I have been in the travel industry for 2 years but have spent the last 10 years pursuing my love for travel.

I have lived and worked in Switzerland, The Netherlands and New Zealand. Spent 3 months in both Namibia and New York.

Last year I had a trip of a lifetime traveling South America for 4 months. I love the outdoors, walking or on a mountain and I’m happy. I walked part of the Camino this year and would highly recommend it.

The country I am most passionate about is New Zealand but I do love a European city break and have visited many such as Edinburgh, Lisbon, Budapest, Riga, London, Zurich, Madrid, Barcelona, Vigo, Santiago, Paris and many more.
