SPORTS TRAVEL EXPERTS
I've been working in Abbey Travel Sports section for the last 8 years. My first experience of going to football matches was watching Ireland play Wales in Landsdowne Road in Jack Charlton's 1st game in charge. We lost 0-1 but from that day on I was hooked. Since then I have been to many major sporting events including Ireland in the Rugby World Cup in Australia in 2003, Heineken Cup finals, League and FA Cup finals, Premiership games in England and even the annual Irish pilgrimage to Cheltenham.
My favourite memory has to be "That" goal by Ray Houghton to beat England in Euro '88 in Germany.
